Justin Timberlake’s TKO

jttko

Justin Timberlake releases another knockout with his video for “TKO.” The video co-stars Elvis Presley’s granddaughter, Riley Keough in an impeccably produced seven-minute visual.

Written by Timberlake and directed by Ryan Reichenfeld, the visual showcases the singer in a commodious loft — where the two immerse themselves in activities fit for adult consumption — then hastily alters to a scene where Timberlake  is roped and hauled on a sordid road by his romantic love interest.

The cause of the friction between the two is quite unclear, but what is certain is the impeccability of the singer in his craft and visual creativity. “TKO” is Timberlake‘s latest single off The 20/20 Experience (2 of 2) album.

Clearly, this is a Timberlake Knockout.

Please enjoy “TKO,” detailed below.

Daniel Radcliffe’s Dark Side with Sharp Magazine

DR-1

The dapperness of Daniel Radcliffe sits down with Greg Hudson with a compelling interview, and cove for the November 2013 issue of Sharp Magazine. The 24-year-old doctrinaire was photographed by Matthew Lyn for Canada’s elite publication. In the interview with the magazine, Radcliffe discusses with Hudson about numerous topics in regards to his roles.

Hudson asks, “Kill Your Darlings is pretty dark, and Horns, while I haven’t seen the movie, I’ve read the book, and it’s pretty dark. The Woman in Black was obviously dark. What’s the deal with all the dark shit?”

“I know! I’m getting this question quite a bit. I don’t know what it is. I think the thing is, Horns is very dark, and Kill Your Darlings is very dark, but the thing I think that people will not expect about Kill Your Darlings is how it has a sense of humour. Same with Horns. The first 30 minutes of Horns is some Ionesco absurdest comedy. To do justice to the book, you have to capture some humour. I am drawn to the dark stuff. I don’t know what can be read into that. I just think it’s, on the whole, more interesting. And I think that dark things like Kill Your Darlings and Horns, the thing I like about it—even The F-Word as well—the thing that runs through all my upcoming films is that they’re unsentimental. The F-Word is a very sweet and romantic comedy but at the same time it does have this very real side to it. Which is why I think I liked it so much. The darker side of writing is where you’re going to find… the one thing I can’t stand about a script is sentimentality. If there’s a common thread, it’s that. Rather than darkness itself.”

Hudson and Radcliffe continues into discussion about Radcliffe’s decision making when it comes to the roles he chooses.

Hudson asks, “How strategic are you at picking what films you do next? People are always saying things like, “Oh, he must be really trying to shed the Harry Potter image.”

I pick the films that I would want to see—and that’s it really. It’s hard to be strategic in the film industry, because you don’t know what project will get funding and what won’t. It’s hard to actually have a long-term, concrete plan. You don’t know what scripts are going to come in, so you have to just base your strategy on what scripts are available. With the scripts that I’ve been getting, I’ve been very fortunate in that I haven’t really been typecast. I’m not interested in the stuff that would have me playing stuff that was too similar to Harry.

For the interview in full, please refer to Sharp. Also, please enjoy a fantastic behind-the-scenes visual of the photoshoot; including pictorial images, detailed below.

When the title ‘The Hunger Games’ are lightly uttered, there are a few iconic actors that come to mind visually, such as Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, and Liam Hemsworth.

Claflin sat down with Elle UK for a compelling interview, also, a behind-the-scenes look at the cover shoot.

As a teenager, Claflin was captain of his school’s football team. He exclaims to Elle:

‘Football was my life, I played all day, every day.’

Unfortunately, he broke his ankle and that led him to find a separate passion in his life. He states:

‘My grandad did a lot of amateur plays in the navy,’ he told ELLE when they shot him for their November issue (and filmed). ‘Shows to entertain the other guys.’ So, the young, adolescent 15 year old decided to take a grasp at Drama.

‘I entered a talent show at school, dressed half as a man, half as a woman,’ Sam remembers. ‘I sang There’s a Hole in my Bucket.’ Clearly, the alteration of passion worked towards his benefit.

In the behind-the-scenes visual, Claflin illiterates to two most important women in his life. He states:

“I say I have two very important ladies. My mother is obviously the most important She was the one that brought me here. So, thanks to that lady. Ah, then also my fiancé  She has to be something quite special, I suppose,” he said with a charming grin.
